Welcome to Middle Fork Mental Health!

Just like a flowing river, life has a way of continuously moving forward and often changing course. Sometimes, while facing life's uncertainties, you might find it necessary to reach out for support...

Whether this is your first time seeking professional help or you have sought assistance before, I respect where you are in your journey.

My practice focuses on individualized treatment plans tailored to your strengths. To help you achieve your goals, I utilize comprehensive assessments, medication management, and solution focused therapy. During our sessions:

  • we will work together to identify patterns of behavior and symptoms

  • review relevant diagnoses, and explore medication options along with their potential risks and benefits

  • assess progress and make adjustments

Together, we’ll explore your lifestyle and health habits to create meaningful, positive change.

About Me & My Practice

1000000871.jpg

I have worked in health care since 2010 and feel privileged to have advocated for patients from all walks of life. My experience includes public health implementation with King County, cardiac care, chronic disease management, emergency response, and supporting patients with terminal illness at Fred Hutch Cancer Center.

In my current role as a psychiatric mental health provider, I dedicate my care exclusively to the adult population. My primary goal is to help patients develop coping mechanisms that ease stress and trauma while building resilience, curiosity, and compassion.

My practice is named in honor of the Middle Fork Snoqualmie River near North Bend, Washington. Located on the ancestral lands of the Snoqualmie Tribe, this area preserves a rich diversity of wildlife and ecosystems. I often visit this beautiful space to reconnect and recharge.

Originally from Washington State, my travels across the U.S. and abroad eventually brought me back to the Seattle area, where I began my journey as a nurse practitioner. I earned my BSN from Bellevue College and my MSN from Frontier Nursing University. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring nature with my friends and family, trying new hobbies, and learning new things.

Reach out today to see how I can best support you!
